Returns & Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Exclusion for Perishables
Please note: According to § 312g para. 2 no. 2 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded. This includes roasted coffee beans once opened.
Accessories & Sealed Items
For non-perishable items like brewing equipment or mugs, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
