2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

The stated prices include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs will be added.

4. Delivery

Delivery is only within the EU. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time is 3-5 working days.

5. Payment

Payment can be made either by credit card or PayPal.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the seller's cancellation policy. The right of withdrawal may be excluded for perishable goods such as coffee.
